Colour one is nice ... the B&W one is not very sharp ... motion blur?

The colour one would look even nicer with a bit of sharpening for the web.

the composition of the first picture is great. It's too bad about the focus, but it would make a great background (watermark)!

i love the shallow depth of field on the second picture. You really focused the moment well.

I like the comp on the first and the second is the best of the two. The first one I find the dress to bright. I would tone it down a bit. Try using desaturate with the same image. It keeps some of the gray colour in the b&w images.My opinion.
