Not sure if this goes in here or not, but it is not really "Urban" or "Travel" so I thought I would put it here.
THis is an armored door that is the entrance to the compund my office is in. The welders had a little fun with this one and put the old guy peeping over the wall on it.

i really like the scene and it was captured well. very interesting. I find the drawings a bit distracting from and otherwise impactful image but they do tell a story that really doesnt seem to fit the scene. I would have also liked to have seen a little bit more of the bottom of the image but that is just my opinion. good shot

Thanks....I cut the bottom of the image because it was a curb and it really didn't fit.
Also, I thought the drawings added a little to the picture and here is my reasoning. Being over here in Iraq is a tough situation....being away from family, ducking rockets and working 12 hours a day 7 days a week. I thought it showed a little humor in such a turbulant time and place.
It is not really "drawn" on there either, it was done with a welding material (not sure what they call it) and it was welded on.
