Canon 10D wide angle lense?

I am a new Canon Digital SLR user... Bought an EF 28-135mm f/3.5-56 USM and a 50MM f/1.8 II with the camera.

I'd like to buy a lense for wide angle shots and am thinking of buy a good second hand one without stretching my budget.

The choices I have seen in Australia on ebay are :-

Canon EF 24MM F/2.8 or Tokina AF 19-35mm II f3.5-4.5

Which lense will give me sharper pictures? Any other advice will be great.

Sorry I can't help I don't have an SLR. You might get a better response by posting this in an appropriate forum?
