Hi Darren,
I was about to purchase a Velocity 9 bag, and came upon your posted reply on the subject.

I assume that the tight fit "problem" is with the internal depth of the bag, which Tamrac spec.s at 6 3/8", and not about adequate space obove the camera?

I've been using a LowePro TLZ Pro with an Elan 2E/Battery Grip/100-400IS attached, and both a Zing "sling" grip. and Optech strap attached--- snug, but OK in the LowePro.

I've been holding off until Sept. on a DLSR, to see what Canon comes out with, and will make the plunge then to one or another.

I generally pack the 100-400, 28-135, Tamron 90mm Macro, and with digital--likely an additional WA Zoom.

I wondered if you are describing merely a "snug" fit, or do you consider it would be a hassle to quickly remove / install--say- a 10D/BG3 with 100-400 IS attached, and the other lenses in the bag?

Any additional feedback would be most appreciated.

Best regards,
Leigh
