It isn't that bad. If you look closely at the eyes, you will see separate lenses!

I think the eyes are in focus, but due to very shallow DOF, the body is not in focus. Nice shot.
Oh, it's time to clean your sensor, btw. I usually clean it twice monthly. It's the dust spects can easily be seen in macro shots :(
