What do you guys think of the The Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 EX APO If hsm I'm thinking about buying one for around $550.00 Is this a good lens and a good buy? It would be for my Canon 20d Thanks:)

Can't speak to a previously owned item, but this lens is very well thought of. Most have not been able to comment on the DG versus non-DG versions,

This lens is one of the most discussed on the forum, a quick search will turn up thousands of results. I know "do a search" isn't generally a useful reply, but in this case you will learn far more than way, because it's been discussed so often not many people will reply. Also you've posted in "corner the pros" instead of the lens forum, the pros forum is more about the commercial side of photography than equipment.
