OK so I was bored today and having the day off realized it was my dogs 14th birthday today. He's a one eyed (literally) Aussie dog so I got the Aussie flag and wrapped him in it and took these two shots, jasper was not impressed with having to pose though http://www8.sbs.com.au/sbsforum/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Looks like a patriotic digger veteran type, faithful beyond death sort of thing. Great shots though with the flag & missing eye, he's like the recruiting sargeant in Starship Troopers, only he's a canine :D

He tried top choke my sisters german shepherd with his head http://www8.sbs.com.au/sbsforum/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif My sister owned jasper at the time and he was only about 2 years old at the , he harrassed and annoyed her other dog the G sherpherd all the time, it was a hot day and she just snapped at him to go away but her tooth caught the edge of the eye and it just popped out (YEEEUUUKKK) the bigger dog never ever took a bite ever. sister rushed him to the vet, they did not think he would survive the night but he pulled through. I adopted him him after that http://www8.sbs.com.au/sbsforum/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif Jasper is a bit of a character, has had teeth kicked out by our horse (harrassing again) been run over, towed out into the ocean by a cattermaran because he would not let go of the rope hanging off it. At least at 14 he is now slowing down.
