Hi all,

I've put up a site to collect links to articles that might interest EOS digital photographers. The subjects cover news, EOS gear, photography techniques, raw conversion, postprocessing, retouching etc - anything that might interest a digital photographer, really.

The URL is http://www.eos-pro.com and I'd like to know how useful do you think it is, and how the site could improve. I don't think there could be more relevant judges than you lot, the EOS users.

Thanks in advance for any comments

Nice site. Thanks for putting it together!

Is there any way to make it searchable? If it is I overlooked that function.

Joe

p.s. do you have links to firmware mods? I'm hoping someone added a 2-second self timer to the 20D :)

Very useful - and bookmarked!

Just a couple of suggestions. First, when I go to bookmark the homepage I get the title "Digital photography news - Canon EOS systems, RAW converters, photo software", which doesn't distinguish your site for me (especially as I only see the first few words). I edited my favourite to "EOS Digital Photographer's Resource" which I think I'll recognise better as it is the name of your site.

The other suggestion, a request really - are you able to add an RSS feed for your site? Now THAT would get me checking it pretty much every day.

Nice work!

Great web site.

Why not showcase some images from Canon cameras and lenses on the web site? It might spicen things up. I know there are several of us Flickr users with Creative Commons licenses that allow people to use the images at no cost. Just a suggestion.

Hi, I think your eos-pro.com site is very nice.

I have a "programing" suggestion.

I would program the HTML such that whenever a "link" is clicked upon it fires up a new browser window, this way once one is absorbed, distracted, whatever... Your site remains standing after any subsequently linked - jumped-to site is closed.

FWIW, submitted with good intention.

All the best

Well thanks all for your comments! I didn't expect to get so many kind posts... They are well motivating and I'll definitively keep working on the site!

Also, thanks for all your suggestions. They will be evaluated and most likely implemented!

feel free to link the site and spread the word!
Thanks

do you guys think i should put more variation to the site headers, like merging some photos for each page's header or something... or is the plain red one ok?

I have an idea: add a feedback section to your site :)
