Hi,

I was thinking to buy a second ex 550 flash for portraits, but I am not sure if it is possible to decide the light ratio between the two flashes with a 20D and 2 EX550, as I don't have a lot of room for moving the flashes around.
Thanks.

Yes, it is, using ETTL wireless remote configuation. It's explained in the flash manual. Take a look at it when you get your flashes and if you can't figure it or have more questions, just post your questions here.

Thanks a lot, Leo! I have seen that it is possible, but in the flash manual says that it is possible with an EOS 3 body, but not with all bodies, and doesn't clarify if it is possible with the 20D. Maybe because at that time 20D didn't exist...:)
That's why I was asking: I wanted be sure it is possible before buying a second flash.
Thanks!

Yes, you are correct about the 550EX manual being written before the 20D came out. ETTL wireless remote is possible with all Type-A EOS cameras and that includes all the EOS digital cameras.
