Hi,
I open/close the CF door about 10 times per day. I'm concerned that one of these times I'm going to yank it right off. So I'm trying to prepare for that event.
1) Has this happened to anyone?
2) How/where can I get a spare just in case?
Paranoid,
Frank

Best piece of advice: keep a roll of duct tape in your bag :D

You must have a very small CF card or take an awful lot of photos:)

Duct tape - good tip. Thanks.
I do a lot of testing/practicing. So I take a bunch of pictures at different settings then pop the flash card into the laptop to see the results. That's the only way for me to learn.

If you are just making test shots I assume the number of pictures you transfer each time is relatively low so you could always connect the camera to the computer with the usb cable, better to wear out the usb socket than the flash slot
