Got my 30D yesterday and took a couple of shots. I love the 2.5" LCD. First shot is sunrise this morning via black and white, taken with the 35L. Second shot is the mandatory duck shot, taken with the 100-400L.

Thank You, the 30D is a very nice camera and I would recommend it to anybody. Only complaint so far is the battery grip. It doesn't fit flush at all. Protrudes out on the back and sides.

Personally I don't like the grip so I really don't know for sure. But I was under the impression that it fit the exact same as on the 20D? The only difference in the two camera bodies size is very slight ... :confused:

Maybe its just me imagining things (which is possible :) ), but the grip seems to not fit the same. I could be spoiled by the feeling of the 1 series too.
