Taken loads of my 2 kids today, thankfully my daughter loves posing so gave me plenty of opportunities to practice...

I love the first one. I would however like to see the eye closest to the camera sharpened a little bit more.

Thanks for the comments guys :D ...

I am using 2 Interfit 300watt lights, 1 unbrella and 1 softbox. I am still building up my kit list and a lense is a big mush have next. I think these were all taken with the kit lense on my 20D!!!! (I did borrow a mates 17-40 L and a 50mm 1.8 later on in the day but my daughter was tired by then and the pics wern't so great... Bless her)

She's an absolute natural in front of the camera. You a lucky to have her - she's making you look good.

the lighting works really well. #1 is my favorite, good thing she's not camera shy. :)

The lighting is great! I also like that you didn't light up the white background too much. I've seen some do that to the point where it bounces light back onto the subject... which can look cool if it's intentional, but...

The lighting is great, your daugter is a cutie!
Is her skin really that pale? I'm wondering if a touch more saturation might help.
