focus fix

A cousin of mine borrowed my G2 and took lots of pics, most came out great but a couple of them are out of focus. Is there any way i can fix them while maintaining at much details as possible?

That depends how far out of focus they are really.
If it is only a little bit out (and I mean little bit) maybe you can recover the shots using photoshop and unsharp mask.
If they are way out of focus then besically there is no recovery.

If they are too fuzzy to fix with unsharp mask, you may be able to use a software effect on the image to mask the fuzzyness.

For example, using an effect to render an image as if it was done in water colours just might save a portrait that would be lost otherwise.

There are many software packages, with many effects. One of them just might turn a fuzzy blah picture into a work of art.
