I would suggest cropping about 1/4th from the bottom and about 1/3rd from the right side for a general improvement in the composition. There is just too much white shirt and too much competing with a delightful impish expression. Besides, there is an objectionable gray/brown something in the lower right that you have to get rid of, anyway.

I like the colors and the look, but I think it could use a crop as well.

The back of her, with the bright white, to me is very distracting!! If that part was cropped i think it would be a well composed shot :)
