photoshop elements 2 photo frames

Hello
There are a couple of frames one can use to frame pictures for the web using layer effects on Photoshop Elements 2.
Does anybody know where i could get some better ones from, ie a plugin or some other program. A nice gold effect one would do.

Have you looked at the "Hidden Power of Photoshop Elements"? When I bought PE2 , I also bought the book "The Hidden Power of Photoshop Elements 2" by Richard Lynch. It is an excellent way to really understand what you are actually doing when you retouch and manipulate images. There are a lot of free tools that you can get from Lynch and I think others that you would probably like to use--including a lot of frames. The book is less expensive at Amazon compared to the bookstore. The RetouchPro forums is a great site to learn more about PE.
