After getting soaked at Combe on Saturday it was nice to see sunshine at Mallory on Sunday.
The Ford Saloons proved excellent entertainment

Hard to beat a Super Silly and the Mark I looks as photogenic as ever - you can just see a small amount of opposite lock on as he puts the power down out of the corner - excellent.
It's a shame the Super Silhouette and VSR grid was so small. It's a series full of great racers.

Great shots Brands. I also like the Mk I shot, particularly the slight bit of opposite lock as mentioned by Glenn. The Fiesta looks like some piece of kit.

Nice shots John, also like the MKI shot and the Fiesta Cosworth, which if I'm not mistaken is Chris Doherty's car, Simon might recognise it from Croft when it was white, he also raced in the Scottish championship last year.
Cheers

Great stuff, there's no such thing as a bad MK1 Escort shot :)
I might be having a blonde moment, but what model IS that Super Silhouette? I can't place it at all ???

Thought the car looked familiar. It was always blisteringly quick in a straight line, but always seemed to struggle to get the power down out of the bends.

Errr... that one's supposed to look like a Mitsubishi Colt GTi.

Thanks for the comments guys :)
The combination of fast cosworth powered cars and some nice older Fords made it a great race to watch.
The Fiesta did finally get passed by an Escort cosworth but it was a good battle.
