Have any idea what this means?

They've started construction a block away from my house, and I walked past today and saw this sign.

I looked up some definitions to make sure I wasn't missing anyhting:

New: Having been made or come into being only a short time ago

Home: A dwelling place together with the family or social unit that occupies it; a household.

Warranty: An assurance by the seller of property that the goods or property are as represented or will be as promised.

In Ontario at least all new home constructions have to carry a warranty registered with a Provincial agency to protect buyers from faulty workmanship. I believe it is a 2 year warranty.
