RAW format

Hi
New owner D30. Experimenting with RAW formats but unable to convert them to view.
Followed conversion suggestions in help but required action "greyed out".
Any suggestions and hints re RAW greatfully received.

What software are you using?

You'll be better off using BreezeBrowser, www.breezesys.com, than the Canon software. There is a trial download you can test.
