I am working on starting my own business. I am VERRRy green and not very knowledgable yet. I am taking some local classes, checked out some books, am meeting with a local professional, and I have taken a starting your business seminar. I was just wanting to see if someone could help me come up with a list of just basic equipment you need to get started i.e. camera, lighting, ????????????

Welcome. I would not get a camera until your are well read in the different types of controls, sensors, etc... Would be a shame to spend money just to start using it then after a few days your saying "I wish it could do this". There are plenty of forum topics and even a way to search for specific things here. Read, read, read then buy. Anyway... welcome.
