It seems Canon are making a mega announcement on Thursday nest week. Apparently there has been a great deal of hype amongst the press, but security is tight.

Any speculation from people here as to what will be announced. The word is a sub £1000 DSLR

Just a guess here, but I would think a Pro 90 replacement is the next "step" for Canon.
