Does anyone know where I can purchased the grid system screen for the 350D? Not the split screen. I missed this from my previous EOS analog days.

Not sure what you are asking, but is one of these what you wanted? http://www.katzeyeoptics.com/page--Custom-Grid-Crop-Lines--gridlines.html

Rule of thirds grid! hahha

You can order a new 300D screen and scratch the pattern yourself.

The Katz Eye product says that "the little red AF indicator lights in the viewfinder will not show, nor will the AF point rectangles.". Not what I wanted. What I wanted is the AF indicator light available and the grid lines too.

Doc Frankenstein: Can you describe how to scratch the pattern? Got any links to where I can buy a spare? I am interested.

No links.

1) Take the screen, a ruler and a pointy object. (Can be a needle, a pencil, a sharpie.)
2) Scratch away until the screen matches your pre-visualization.
3) Pop it in the camera
4) Pat yourself on the back
