Soooo, had some decent shots today, like this one...

..Then was "stalking" a woodpecker, took a picture, but couldn't make out why it looked as if he had no legs in my viewfinder. Then, when I pulled it up, I realized why..

Very nice captures, isn't fun when you get back to look through your captures to realize you got one like the above?

It is! I get caught up in "rapid fire" shooting, especially with fast moving subjects and am pleasantly surprised to come home and find what i've gotten. Kinda like opening a gift! Thank you for your comment!!

And Goat Island? I haven't heard that in a LONG time. LOL I was born in Buffalo..
