Hi everyone...i've got an s2, and i'm looking into getting a tube adapter and some filters...anyone have any experience off of ebay? This one here seems good...all i need are decent filters

but i'm wondering if i should just go for one of the kits that includes a teleconverter lens as well...i'd like for it to be a better lens if i'm going to get one....here's a link for that auction..

I couldn't get a very good look at the page, as the auction has ended and it just flickered by for a minute, but I'd say - forget it. The filters might be okay, but the converters look like a scam I fell for when I first got my S2. They claimed they fit the S2, but when I'd activate the zoom, I'd end up with lens error messages, because the zoom would clunk into the TC.
My advice would be go to Lensmateonline.com - they are great and give examples of what the different converters will produce.

Thirded for lensmate - and a supplier you trust for your filters (either a high feedback ebay seller, or a known online seller (B&H in the US, 7day shop in the UK, for example).
