I called canon CPS today to send in my 2 Canon EOS 10D cameras and they told me that they are backed up with work. Really. So they asked me what camera I have and I told them I have 2 10D units. The lady on the other end of the phone was not surprised by my phone call on the 10D. Fact is she told me off the record the 10D is what is backing them up. She also told me I might need to send in all of my lenses with the cameras. So now I am waiting for a call back so see what the nest step will be in getting a fix. I wonder what the bill will be for sending all my lenses and the 2 10D cameras with insurance Via FedEx? It' not gona be cheep.
The A/F works very fast on the cameras but is it not at all accurate and often out of focus with the back ground in focus. Well I will wait for the call and see how long it will take for a fix.
