Wow. Wonderful shot, Paul. My wife and I both enjoy Black Phoebes but you're right, they don't stay still for long. Your image has great feather detail and the exposure looks to be dead on. Nice job. And thanks for including the EXIF.

Excellent black phoebe shot Paul, looks like the they will stay around all year. We have plenty of bugs.

Thanks Ron, Scottes,Rebel and Dennis, I appreciate the comments. Dennis the black phoebe stays all year its the Say's phoebe and western kingbird which seem to switch places with the seasons. The black phoebe is smaller then either of the other two.

Beautiful shot with lots of detail. I love phoebes. We get Eastern Phoebe here and they look similar.
