Hey,
Just signed up to this forum - so many people with great skills here - i'm sure i'll learn alot!
Anyway,
I've been borrowing a friend's canon 5d a few times now and taken a few pics with it..

that's what my car looks like anyway - except, i've recently bought new shoes for it :)

Anyway, after these few short sessions of being in posession of a dslr, i couldnt resist - so off i went to buy my own one. a canon 30d :)
Hope to get much much better and learn alot more!

Yes, good start & nice light, but I wish you'd panned right a bit in the 1st one. It's more comfortable seeing the car "going into" the shot than having it "going out"? I'm expecting to see type on the left as if it were a car ad.
Forum guidelines suggest a pic size of 800 px to make it easier to be seen all at once, but they are only guidelines so you can do what you want. Thing is that it's a (small) pain to center it to get a feeling for the whole shot. ;)

Nice car, too! You should be able to have a lot of fun with it & your new 30D!

Thanks for your comments. I was just wondering, what do you mean by making the car go into and not out of? i'm a tad confused there. just wanna make my pics as good as i can :)
