zoom lens recomendations?

I've got both a lensmate and the canon 58mm adapter and if that makes a difference

The camera has a zoom lens, so not sure what you mean. If you mean teleconverter (telephoto) then there are a lot of choices, of which cost is also a factor. I chose to go with the Canon teleconverter TC-DC58N with LA-DC58B adapter myself.
