A LITTLE SELF PORTRAIT-ISH IMAGE I MADE FOR MY 'EVENT' BUSINESS CARD.

Good image and impact. I would move "you" off center -- maybe even cut the symetry of the circle -- which ould give you room for your marketing information. Dennis

Uhm - I'm sorry to be the only discordant one --- but --- unless you actually know what the image is of (via your description) - it looks very odd because you cant distinguish it is a camera - and instead of looking abstract - it looks like a bit of the image has gone missing... or you're eating a large piece of black chocolate cake or something.
If you are going to use it on your business card - you've got to remember that you'd be handing it to people who possibly don't know much about photography...and a camera/self portrait wont immediately come to mind...
Try it on a few friends - WITHOUT a description - and ask them what they see...?

Thanks for the input everyone, you'll be pleased to know that the image was retired from its inicial use when I opted for a less demonstrative style of business card. I still like the image though...I have wrestled with the idea of adding a hint of lens face to it to imply 'camera', I just havn't gotten around to it!
Thanks again!
