the first one render the entire shape of the subject.รน

the second one focus on the interesting area of the subject, the impressive bonnet.

what do u prefer?

i like the second one a lot. It looks very good.

What would be very cool, is to have a blue sky or clody blue sky to contrast with the yellow. Mother nature can be so uncooperative sometimes.

once again, nice pic and good use of cropping.

I would crop the left side to just past the shifters (so there is no yellow edge to the seat) Then crop a bit of the horizon on the right to balance out the placement.

This forces the eye to the bayonette, and to the front of the treads only.

Also, there seems to be a red tractor visable between the right treads. This should be removed.

Also, be careful of changing the sky too much, you have a large reflection of the sky in the tractor. At first I thought a new sky treatment was in order, but now, I like the starkness of it.

All around, this bug (caterpillar) is a great shot.

If the radiator is the subject why not go closer still?

nearly touch the radiator at the top right corner and just leave a bit of the rest of the machine on the left?

worth a go?

OK, a little harsh: neither!
What is the picture telling us? Which one do YOU prefer and why? It's a shot of the same machine, nothing spectacular.
What did you expect from this post? 200 votes for 1 and 35 for 2?
