I have a 10d and live in Irvine CA. I was thinking about taking my 10d in to make sure that I have one that focuses right, is that something they will do? also will they do the software upgrade fo me? and where exactly is the place, I cant find the adress, thanks.

I think they are over off of Barranca near the FedEx station (7000 Barranca or so). But not positive. If you have any luck with this, let me know as I have a couple 10Ds also Id like to check out....

I took my 10D to the Canon service center here in Montreal and they checked and calibrated the camera with each of my lenses. I first though emailed Canon a couple of times before they sent me an email telling me to take it in. I had six lenses for them to check and I had it back in 4 days.

I called the place and they were very cool, I can just bring it in and they will check it out with all my lenses

As long as all your lenses are newer models. I had my 100-300 checked over the years and recently Canon service told me they wouldnt even check it! It turns out it was the real problem giving my D30 error messages
