Hi, I am new to the world of Canon digital EOS.

I have just recently bought a 10D and I would like to use my old PANAGOR ZOOM slide duplicator with it.
However, due to the size of the CCD in digital camera the duplicator captures just about 60% of the slide (less when the duplicator's zoom is extended).

Does anybody have some experience or a simple idea to modify the duplicator in order to capture the full slide? I am currently low on money for hobby ( :-) )

Thanks

Dusan

A bellows or some extention tubes should fix you right up. The kneko tubes are super cheap and ext. tubes have no glass in them so optic quality is not an issue. A bellows would be a better option but usually they cost an arm, a leg and a couple of fingers if you can even find them.

Good luck and let us know how it works out.

Hi Dusan, have the same problem with an elicar duplicator and my 400d. Would be interested to hear if you overcame the problem.

Since that was the one and only post by dusan almost six years ago, the chances of a reply are slim. However, his email address is probably still in the system and he may even still be using it, so try a Private Message.
