Taken recently...Spring brings warmer sun and a great chance to capture nicely saturated colors!

nice eye shot on the Mallard hen Marc but I really like the Morning Dove excellant job on this shot, composition , sharpness everything works really well

Both shots are great, Marc. If I had to choose, I'd probably gravitate towards the Mallard because it's such an unusual image. Nice job!

The Dove is nice Marc but the eye of the duck, the detail and background keep me looking at the mallard.

Excellent duck portrait! Imagine having a feather stuck on the end of your nose. Dove is real good but I keep going back to the duck.

As much as I hate mallard shots (I have taken some) yours is pretty special. Well done. Probably we should have an obligatory dove shot requirement as well for newbees.
