Cold Wood

Since wood generally has a warm feel to it.. I thought I would try the opposite. The hole in the upper left is so close to the edge, but the picture was a bit crooked and I had to crop that close to straighten it out. It still might be a bit crooked even.

C&C? Is it tooooo blue?

That's a really neat idea! It's interesting to see the patterns in a different color. Did you try this in any other colours?

Thanks! I did try it in orange, green, purple, red... but I kept coming back to blue.

It kind of reminds me of the movie Pitch Black when they kept using the blue hues.

Jen, this is very interesting. I asked my wife to have a look, and guess what she said: like the newly found gospel of Judas (http://www9.nationalgeographic.com/lostgospel/). What I saw was the newly sawed wood (not too intelligent). ;) Thanks for posting.
