Your not going to find a comparable price in Canada. I had to purchase my Canon Speedlite 550ex from the states http://www.17photo.com for $300, plus $40 for shipping. In Canada they are asking about $700 CAD for it, it's just ridiculous. I had it delivered by fedex in a comple of days.

Received the 420EX from FocusCamera as promised. Brand New with USA\International warrenty. English and forigen manuals, soft case and small base stand. 2nd day air was on time. Packaged very good. A deal at 163.99!

I just bought the Canon 420EX at Futureshop....it's listed as 350 but here's what you do:
Print out the quote from FocusCamera and bring it in the store. Futureshop is supposed to be able to match any quote you might have.They might tell you they can't match because it's US blah blah blah...so just tell them you'll order it through them then...I mean why not, might as well try. They brought mine down to 320. Better than nothing!

Remember that you pay quite a bit for Customs and our exchange rate is horrible right now. It's most likely worth it to buy it in Canada.

Futureshop matched up the CameraCanada.com price (in my case) minus 10$ and charged me 306$ for the 420ex. All they need is the web page printout (which they kept).
