Granddaughter with great-grandma

Here are two pictures of my granddaughter with my mother. Feedback is welcome.

#2 is gorgeous. It's candid and shows a neat bond between child and adult. The light on the faces is what I would call perfect. A closer crop might work, or blurring of the distracting heads either side. Of course being a candid shot, it's not easy to set up.
