Would appreciate any comments or thoughts on this shot. It is acutally over looking a links golf course.

I like that one, although I'm not a fan of BW-pictures.
The only things that is a bit disturbing is the shadow on the lower right. Is that You taking the shot?

Well pointed out. I just looked at the uncropped original and I don't think the shadow is me. What it is though I am not sure? To be honest it never really troubled me, but I would like to know if other find it a distraction.

Hi, I really like this shot, but I must admit that I found the shadow distracting also.

The fence and the line of houses bring the eye forward to the left upper part of the picture an loose it on the horizon, but the dark patch by the shadow slows the eye down
But again, that's just my opinion

good job on dodging.

im definitely a fan of B&W. i take most of my landscapes or scenes similiar to this with a yellow filter on mt G3. did you you sharpen at all??

Nice shot. The composition is excellent.

I found the houses to be a bit distracting. The sides of the houses are over exposed and the roofs are under exposed. This distracts my eye because the rest of the photo seems to have the correct exposer.
