I currently shoot a 300D with a grip, and find that it's a bit impractical to have with me 24/7, and as it's my birthday coming up next month, I'm looking at getting a little P&S to live in my pocket for those shots that present themselves day to day.
I've got a few CF cards hanging around, but I see that newer Ixus models use SD cards. I'd rather not shell out on more memory cards, but given that a 1GB SD card costs next to nothing these days, is it better to go with the newer model ixus (I'm looking at 4 or 5 megapretzel models) as it has the DIGIC II sensor, and presumably better firmware?
Or is there anything else I should be looking at, bearing in mind I'm hoping to spend as close to £100 as possible, and definately no more than £150.
Over to you, people who know about compact Canon digitals. :)
