I think it would be better if she tilted her head back a little. She looks real uncomfortable and the downward tilt just looks un-natural.

I'm sure she is comfortable, but this type of pose more often looks uncomfortable. She is a pretty girl and seems very relaxed in front of the camera. Exposure and lighting looks good except the right side of her face is a bit dark. Could be my monitor. Nice over all shot as is.
