Can anyone tell me how to put a border around my picture? I was working on a picture in PS Elements 2.0 and wanted to put a black border around it but I couldn't find a way to do it. Is there a way to do this in PS Elements or do I need some other software?
Thanks for the help...

I only know how to do it in Photoshop,.. but it may be the same?
You need to increas the size of the Canvas,.. if you want a 100 pixel wide border add 200 pixels to the height and width of the canvas.
Then you need to color the canvas,..(this will NOT resize the actual image,. it will just give you the space you need on which to draw a border.
I think (going from memory) you may need to create a new layer and color that and layer it behind the original photo image....
I'm sure this is very little help,. but it may get you on the right track.
