I can not see the front, some kind of flycatcher? Nice capture by the way.

Most likely an Eastern Phoebe. One of the earliest migrants for us (apart from the Robins and Blackbirds...)

After seeing your pic which is superior to mine I bet it is the eastern phoebe.
