My dream shot of this duck is yet to be achieved but I WILL get it this spring. Shot eraly morning sun yesterday.

The Junco was also shot with the yellow early morning sun. The needles of this spruce portrait to what looks like a litlle spide on his neck:lol:

The wood ducks are driving me crazy! I can get a shot but never very close, they are so skittish. I like the shot. It's really good.

Nice Wood Duck shot. One of my favourite ducks....just love those colours. Nice catch on that "spider"....very cool. I bet that Junco wished it were a real spider. Would have made a nice breakfast for the bird.

Nice wood duck shot! I like how you got the reflection of his head in there, too. :)

Perfect shot of a breeding pimmage woodie drake including the shaggy tail. I'll bet you go back for more. They are a hard subject to resist. Even the hens look good after you watch them long enough.

Marc, I missed this one and I realize you were the first one of the Ottawa gang to post a Wood Duck this spring. They have arrived at Billings and offer great opportunities!

Hi,
nice shot of the Wood Duck, great colors & reflection, IMHO Ithink a little more room at the bottom would frame him better.

I love this top picture. The wood duck is a great shot and I love the reflection that goes with it.
