Many thanks... one person said it was a moth... the other said butterfly LOL I will call it a spoth or mutterfly. :)

It really is a butterfly. That background in the first picture is gorgeous.

Great shots. Definitely a butterfly judging by the antenae, and yes it's a skipper.

moths dont have those clubbed antennae
