Hi pat3rol, I've picked one photo for a bit of C&C, so here are my comments on the first one.
The horizon is not straight. There is nice foreground interest of the stones and building,
but nothing in the background as the main interest. Try and also not split the photo into two with equal amounts of sky and land/water too.
Hope these comments are helpful. :)

Image 1) one thing i can say is not to have the horizon half way up the image, this was drilled into me when i was in collage day after day lol. I also dont know if its ust me but i fined the grass coming up distracting. on the other hand i like the way the image leads into the center and not off the image lol. well done at a first try tho ;-)

HI pat3rol,
Welcome to the forum you could try a split neutral denisity filter on image #1 so the sky is not so blown out.

Ok, I'll address #2 and #3. I think #2 is a pretty good shot, but that your white balance is a little off. There seems to be a blue/purple tint. Once the WB is corrected, a little brightness should make the daffodils pop. I think #3 has the potential to be a really good shot. I really like the tree coming across the photo, but think it would have been better if you had not cut off the trunk. I believe you intended the debris in the center to be the focus of the shot, but the photo is too small to make it out. If the tree was in focus throughout the shot, including the trunk, you would have a very good shot, IMHO.

you seemt o have a mix of macro shots and landscapes... I'll bypass the first, you've already have advice on it.. I like the composition of the third... However the color isn't soo great.. If it were my picture I would add some contrast, do a noise removal clone out the building in the back and convert the thing to black and white or desaturate...
I love landscapes they are very relaxing for me and I really enjoy the time I spend just me and my camera... I think that's pretty common around here... I always think of my image as half done before i've processed them... and the PP is an art form in itself and where the creativity really takes off... it can be a lot of fun.. welcome to POTN and happy shooting.. would love to see more from you..

Pat3rol, that's better on the white balance. I took a shot at changing the original image to try and lighten it up and give it a little more pop. I can't tell you exactly what I did, because I'm just learning CS2 myself. I changed the white balance in Levels, adjusted the color and contrast, used an approx 40% screen and USM. Oh, I forgot to mention a tweek in curves. Hope it helps.
