Hey, just got back from my trip to Alabama, got a few hundred shots and im slowly going thru them. Let me know how they are coming so far.

Nice colors. The first shot shows the ISO at 1600! Way to high for that time of day. You should have been at 100-200. Also, slow down your shutter a bit (a lot). The angle you were shooting those two shots at, should be panning...show a little motion in the wheels and back ground.

Simple...if HE replied and said that HE wanted to freeze the action, then I would have said HE did a good job but could have still lowered the ISO and had the same results.
HE asked for opinions on how HE is doing and I gave MY OPINION.
Several other people posted their OPINION, saying that they were great shots....and that is their OPINION...I have no problem with that.

Now, why don't you post YOUR OPINION on HIS pictures? Maybe ask him if he was trying to freeze the action or not.
