First time shooting motion stuff on track, go easy please :oops:

Taken using Canon 350D, not sure on lense as it was borrowed.

Kinda new to photography, so this was my first time shooting track action, really enjoyed myself and will definatly be going for more this year!!! :D

doesn't look like your first time... maybe its just that you have a great DSLR to learn from perhaps? lol

Only the third time I have used a DSLR of any sort too.

Last weekend, April 15th & 16th, It was Ripspeed Donny Show 2006, www.donnyshow.co.uk

The Prelim's for the D1GB where held there so thought I would make the most of the opportunity :D

should have realised as i was down there on the friday to shoot a track day and saw them setting everything up:o

All very well framed and nicely shot...
Personally the only thing i would do myself (personal pref) is slow down the shutter speed a little to get a sence of the wheels being in motion...

Think i have a few pics here that i took at a track when the Irish driftin guys where doin a bit of PR work and a bit of a display

Ill have a look see if i still have them here or have i archived them.... either way ill try to dig them out

Yeah, Had that comment from a few people now so will definately make a note for future events.

Yeah some of those driver's are irish ^^^

The drift scene in Ireland is awesome, will be over this year for some events for sure!!! :D
