Joined this forum months ago, came on to lurk today, and take a look at some landscapes from Wales, to cheer me up on a dull and dank day in Cardiff.
Inspired, I thought I'd share some of my own photos.
Taken near Penmon on Anglesey.

Welcome to the Forum Matholwch, you have some really nice shots there - I particularly liked the second of the "En route, up the Arran in Snowdonia" shots - Well done!

Thanks for the comments, I was originally trying to find examples of Snowdonia photographs I'd taken, and was preturbed to find that my favourite shots were taken on Anglesey (came as a surprise!).
Here's a few more the sunrise photoraphs on the beach were taken on Christmas morning.

Its funny because I saw previous posts, and could recognise all the locations despite the photographers themselves couldn't recall the locale :)

They are all good shots, with the first and third being my favourites. I particularly like the sunset lighting caught on the seaweed, and the sunburst of the first shot.

Thanks! Its actually sunrise on Christmas morning - went out with the intention of catching the sunrise, taking note of the sunrise time. Got there, and realised (well after the appointed hour) that because the sun rises behind the mountains during the winter, that it took about an extra 40min for it to make an appearance. It was very cold! lol
