Here's a few I shot from Saturday, the first day of the season.

I like it when I can see all of their faces.

These are SOOOO cute! And very nicely done. I've been using the f/4 lately myself. It's great on sunny days!

Nice acion shots. I like the one kicking a goal the best. There is very little clutter in the backgrounds. nice job.

I am so JEALOUS. Lately, I have taken my camera and lens out to take pictures of my 6 year old. But then I get so involved with watching the game, that I a forget to capture thes wonderful moments. GRRRRR, need to push the button more often. Great pictures. I, as a parent, would buy these in a heart beat. Need to get motivated again to shoot soccer. Thank you for posting these wonderful shots

I have found the same thing...I start taking pictures and I forget about the "game"...LOL

It is also a great way to not worry about it if they are having a bad game...

Thanks for all the kind comments. My wife showed all of the photos off at work and everyone liked them. I think I may have found my photographical niche - and it's a heck of a lot of fun watching them play.

One of her co-workers wants me to photograph a t-ball game that her son is in today. We'll have to see what happens, it's cold and breezy today with a chance of rain, if not snow.
