Im wanting to start taking some macro shots. My telephoto has macro capabilities, but just isnt good enough. I want something that i can focus even closer with and doesnt get grainy @ 100% crop. Any suggestions.

sounds like you need a L
I have the 100 2.8 canon on my wish list, though all macros seem to have fairly good reviews, just depends on you cash.
if you dont want to spend the cash, get a reversing ring for your sigma and you will be able to get VERY close!
or another route would be to get extention tubes, but they cost a little bit more.

Depends on how much working distance you need. I shoot small items such as watches, jewelery, etc. My 60mm works great. I don't need much working distance. Excellent results btw!! $400 is what I paid from B&H

Get a true macro, Canon 100mm or Sigma 105mm macro lens.

for $150, try kenko extension tubes. you can get really close with these. combine them with a 50mm.
if your budget is larger try the canon 100mm or sigma 150mm. check out this thread:

If you want very high quality macro on the cheep try this:
1. M42 (Pentax screw) lens to Canon EOS body adapter
2. Used M42 (Pentax screw) bellows
3. Used 50mm to 100mm enlarging lenses with 39mm (Leica screw) mount
4. M39 (Leica screw) to M42 (Pentax screw) adapter
All this stuff is available for a modest cost on Ebay. You might even have the enlarging lenses already. Darkrooms are being abandoned daily.
Enlarging lenses are designed for close focus and corrected for flat field. They convert to macro lenses that are as good as dedicated macro lenses. But, the bellows is just not as convenient as a dedicated macro lens with internal focus accommodation.
If you want various working distances just lay in a good stock of several enlarging lens focal lengths, like 50mm, 75 or 80mm, 100mm, 135mm, ect.
Here is an image taken with a setup like this using a Nikon 105mm F5.6 enlarging lens (at F22).
