No problem providing you to nothing else to the card - i.e. take NO pictures, write nothing to the card.
Get a card reader and search the net for one of the many programs that will recover files from formatted drives. Recover the files to your hard disk. Under no circumstance write anything to your card until all pictures are recovered.

Can't remember right now - I'm at work - but I'll post the name of the one I've used tomorrow. - I would send it to you but I can't send/receive .exe files from here!

Try this: http://www.imaging-resource.com/SOFT/PHR/PHR.HTM -- from what I understand you can test it before you buy it. If it does work then I believe you have to pay to get it to do the actual recovering of the photos. Please let us know if this helps.

Thanks for your vote of confidence - I hope it's not mis-placed.
I use drive rescue - it's freeware and does the job very well. The interface is easy and intuitive.
You should have been able to download it from Here (http://skyscraper.fortunecity.com/amd/887/rescue/index.html). But as you can read, it's been discontinued.
But you can still get it from here here (http://www.woundedmoon.org/win32/driverescue19d.html)!
Just remember to recover the files to your hard disk - or in fact anywhere but the card itself.
If it doesn't do all you need, then keep searching the net. I seem to recall loads of programs when I was looking. I downloaded two or three. Drive rescue was the last one I tried and the first one that recovered all my files.
Best of luck.

Absolutely not - you need a card reader. I am in the process of sorting out a new PC for my Dad and have added a front panel with all the card readers built in - uses USB 2 straight to the mother board. Works great - now if only Scan could deliver that RAID card I ordered I can keep the misses happy by letting her have the dining room back!
P.S. I shall use the same front panel for my next PC too.

Thanx Everybody for the help...
I just borrowed the Reader from a friend...
I used two programs that u gave me..
Digita image recovery, and Photo rescue PC..
70% of the images are okey.. the rest damage or can't be displayed at all...
I record one video clip...but in the recovery there are 3 or 4 video clips..maybe its seprated... and none of them working....
so Still I'm not satisifed...
But in the meaningtime.. i'm trying to search for the best software...
thanx again..
