Circular Polarizer for 50 f1.8

I've been asked to photograph some art and would like to buy a circular polarizer to cut down the glare from the glass frames on the pieces.

What should I be looking at as far as polarizers go? I'd rather not spend 100 bucks on the thing...

A good Hoya S-HMC or B+W MRC multi-coated polarizer in the 52 mm size for the 50 f/1.8 will be under $100.
